it’s crazy how varied Cystic Fibrosis can be. I have all of these problems that from what i can gather very few other people with CF get. they say only 2.9% of people with CF have cepacia. but if you are in that 2.9% there are a lot of similar complications that go along with it. it is such a frustrating disease. i’m hoping some better treatments are developed soon.
i was really hoping to get out of the hospital this week but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. dr. h get’s really frustrated with me because he doesn’t believe i will follow through with his treatment plans. i imagine he is like that with most of us. it is like trying to please an uncompromising father. in the end i trust and respect him completely and try my best to make my reality mesh with his expectations.
i’ll fool around with the format of the blog while i’m in here and see if i can come up with anything cool. lets just say i have the time. i’m in a place where i have cabin fever but still get really tired at times, so i’ll try and get it goin’.
